You must be a team player and boast great people and phone skills--we will train you on our leading edge marketing and consumer programs and exactly what to say and do to be super successful.

  1. Primary Objectives 
    • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
    • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis

The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

After the lead agent performs a needs analysis, that individual will pass the desired criteria to the Showing Assistant. The Showing Assistant will pick up the baton and find homes that meet the criteria, and he/she will drive buyer clients to those homes. As clients explore homes, the Showing Assistant will work with clients to confirm or refine criteria and will show additional homes as needed. The Showing Assistant will close buyers to contract offers, then pass the baton back to the lead agent.

The Showing Assistant will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Additionally, he/she will be eager to earn the right to use their license as a Buyer Specialist. Showing Assistants are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.

Marketing and Technology Coordinator--Unlicensed- Part Time

Overall Responsibility:  To manage, create and coordinate all marketing activities. Activities to include but are not limited to social networks marketing and the creation of direct mail campaigns. To create and implement new promotions.  Design, prepare and deliver flyers, postcards, and multimedia marketing and materials, video and digital brochures and PowerPoint presentations. Assist with signage delivery and photo taking. Track and respond to e-leads .Manage websites (including listing changes) and computer programs.   Handle ISP troubleshooting. Monitor site for downtime, bad links, missing images, etc… Have the ability to train team members on the use of software, computers, programs and equipment.

LEASING AGENT:  Licensed -Full and Part time positions available

Leasing agents work with property owners to find good tenants for their properties. This could be single family homes, apartments, or businesses. Leasing agents work with property owners and help them navigate the complex nature of the property market. Agents find people and businesses and determine their needs and wants for the property, as well as their economic viability. Leasing agents handle the signing of leases, and act as an assistant to the property manager.

Leasing agents use websites and flyers to describe properties, take pictures of the property, show the property, set up open houses and maintain communication with the property manager.

Leasing agents are knowledgeable of the property market and can answer questions and concerns about things like school districts, zoning, expansion and others. Leasing agents work for commission.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Independence: Leasing agents must manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling to get the word out about properties and find the information their clients need.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Agents work with clients and customers face-to-face on a daily basis. Listening to their needs and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill.
  • Persuasion: Skilled leasing agents are good at convincing clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals.

Overall Responsibility: Stay in contact will buyer and seller that are under contract. Become the primary contact with lenders, co-op agents, inspectors and attorneys. Work on closings. Maintain master closing calendar and check for required activities order warranties, fulfill and monitor contract deadlines.
